The core innovation is the "Self Lift" function, enabled by a dual-cylinder hydraulic system. The stacker alternately lifts its legs to "step" itself and its load onto a truck bed. Once on board, it retracts the legs and operates as a standard semi-electric stacker.
This equipment is designed to solve the problem of truck loading/unloading without a forklift and light-duty warehouse stacking.
This is the core application. A truck driver can carry this stacker and load/unload independently without waiting for a forklift at the destination.
How it works: Extend support legs → self-climb onto truck bed → pick up load → descend with load and transport.
When the climbing legs are retracted, it functions as a standard walk-behind semi-electric stacker.
Production line feeding: Lift heavy parts or material bags up to 1.3 meters onto machine beds or workbenches.
Light-duty pallet rack stacking: Ideal for warehouses with limited floor load capacity or narrow aisles for low-intensity, light-duty stacking.
Suitable for stores without a formal loading dock. The operator can unload goods from a parked box truck directly onto the ground.
Dual hydraulic cylinders – Separate actions for locking and lifting, enabling self-climbing.
