The CBY-HL High Lift Scissor Truck is a manual hydraulic scissor lift pallet truck designed for lifting, transporting, and positioning palletized loads up to 800 mm working height. Combining the functions of a pallet truck and a mobile work platform, this unit eliminates manual bending and improves workplace ergonomics .

1. Conveyor Loading / Unloading

• Scenario: Moving palletized goods from storage to conveyor infeed at 800mm height

• Benefit: Eliminates manual lifting onto conveyor — reduces back injuries. The CBY-HL lifts directly to conveyor height, allowing smooth transfer .

2. Workstation Feeding

• Scenario: Supplying assembly line stations with component pallets

• Benefit: Operators work at comfortable height without bending. When pallet top layer is emptied, simply raise the next 50mm — maintains ergonomic position throughout shift.

3. Retail Stock Replenishment

4. Press Feeding (Manufacturing)
