Product Description
The CBD-Y Series is a rugged, high-clearance electric pallet truck designed for demanding indoor and outdoor material handling. Combining the agility of a standard pallet truck with the durability of a utility vehicle, the "SUV" configuration features reinforced chassis, larger drive wheels, and enhanced ground clearance to operate reliably on uneven surfaces, ramps, and wet or dusty environments.
Outdoor storage yards – Moving pallets between external racking, container staging areas, or temporary laydown zones.
Cross‑dock facilities – Transporting goods across docks where pavement quality varies between inside and outside zones.
Building material suppliers – Handling bags, blocks, or bundled items on gravel or compacted dirt surfaces.
Heavy equipment dealers – Shifting palletized parts, tires, or attachments around machinery storage lots.
Cold storage/freezer warehouses with dock transitions – Traversing insulated dock plates and anti‑ice textured floors reliably.

Comment & FAQ
1. What terrain can a 3-ton off-road electric transport cart operate on?
A: A 3-ton off-road electric material handling cart is engineered for harsh and uneven working environments where standard electric carts cannot operate effectively.
2.How long does the battery last per charge?
A: Battery endurance depends on load, terrain, and battery type.
Typical working time:
Light load / flat ground: 6–10 hours
Full 3-ton load / mixed terrain: 4–7 hours
Continuous heavy-duty operation: 3–5 hours
3.Which industries use 3-ton off-road electric transport carts?
A: This equipment is widely used in industries requiring heavy material transport without road infrastructure limitations:
Cement bags
Steel bars
Bricks and building materials
Fertilizer transport
Feed and crop movement
Farm logistics
Ore transport
Stone and gravel handling
Timber and biomass transport
Terrain-based logistics
Outdoor logistics handling
